Thomas W. Hosty has been in private practice with the Hosty Law Office since 1992 in Oklahoma City. Mr. Hosty’s practice concentrates in the criminal defense areas of traffic law, driving under the influence and drug charges, and general felonies. He is Oklahoma’s first and only delegate to the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) which is the premier national organization of elite DUI defense lawyers and is Oklahoma’s first ever sustaining member to the NCDD. Mr. Hosty is a graduate of the NCDD college held at Cambridge, MA. He is certified as an SFST Instructor and Oklahoma Intoxilyzer Operater. Mr. Hosty is a member of the Oklahoma and Oklahoma County Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Associations. He has presented CLE’s in Oklahoma and is a sought after expert in the areas of traffic law, municipal case and driving under the influence cases. In 2001, A&E Investigative Reports featured Mr. Hosty and one of his victorious cases on its nationally televised program.
